Love the energy, head to toe dance steps and transition of the songs to make this awesome workout sez!!! My first dance aerobic/zumba songs, I gotta tell you it was burning my thighs, glutes & sweating a lot the first time! Just 5min.! Now, I go through your video twice and use a makeshift dumbbell just to up the difficulty & add in more abs movement. After a month (along with other vids I liked & add in some walking time), I managed to lose 5lbs!!! It's a great feeling. Thanks guys and hope you make more gary v combo zumba vids.
