Gary bites his nails and twiddles his thumbs because he is anxious af... I'm sure he also knows that, and guess what, nobody fucking cares. We love him any damn way. Also, I know this because I KNOW people, and can read others well, but I too bite my nails, and it's ALL anxiety. Let's not forget that anxiety is NOT always bad or negative. Anxiety manifests as excitement, too. 💜 Love you, GV.

Anxiety, fear and doubt is very powerful. Yiu just have to find a way for that fear to push you from behind and not stand in front of you.

@@stevetodd9263 I have really worked on operating from a place of emotional security, rather than working from a place of fear. I don't really want to operate from a place of fear. We shouldn't have to live our lives on a basis of fight or flight. I am whole just the way I am.
