it was a very useful and informative video. Keep creating! I had a query since I am thinking of using gas gyeser for multiple bathrooms in Manali, where the temperature is between 0 to 5°C. By how many degrees does a gas gyeser raise the temperature? Locals have told me that gas gyesers are not successful in Manali. But on my online research, there is nothing that directs towards the gyesers not being successful.

Query: which water valve v have to open first to start the Geyser, cold, or hot water tap ? As the flow sensor is shown in the cold water line. Normally in this type of geyser, the cold water is coming thru a valve near the house storage tank, with no valve at the INLET to geyser, in this scenario, is the cold water will always at the flow sensor whether u open hot water tap or not?
