McMaster Carr Part # for the 5/64" Reamer is 2995A113 The problem with using the 5/64" punch for alignment is its about .005" smaller in diameter than the gauge you are going to make. Thus the punch goes thru but the gauge does not.

u can get a bench block and use ur drill press like an arbor press and press in the roll pin like u did on the trigger guard.

What are your thoughts on the VLTOR clamp on gas block? I have a set screw type .625 BCM block, but was not going pin it in the near future. Would the clamp on be a preferred alternative in your opinion?
