george dt piere said that he thoguht that Matt serra is gonna be his easiest fight and then what happend?Dont underestimate your opponents be afraid of them in some way so you could avoid getting hit easily is my advice for any fighter. like dont get relaxed Izzy felt relaxed in the first round so much that he could get knokced out so thats that 😁

As much as i agree with never underestimating your opponent. You never allow their image or anything else cause stress,Never be afraid of them. But the goal is to be relaxed.

It’s because even in the rounds kelvin won izzy was generally outstriking him until kelvin landed a big shot that won him the round. Kelvin didn’t have nearly as much success as izzy between the big moments

The fight happened like 5AM in sweden, ill never forget it. Stayed awake. Smoked a blunt before and it was the best fight ive ever watched live i think. Not bonnar-griffin level of excitement but damn close!

Honestly in some ways I think it has more to offer. Bonnar-Griffin has the history of it among other things, and I think it being a 3 rounder made it more explosive but this had the knockdowns.

Given contracts to both of them and both of them was legitimately ready to die in there. Like adesanya said he was ready to die in there, but its rare seeing BOTH fighters ready to give the ultimate sacrifice to get the win. No fight will ever top bonnar - griffin for me. That was the fight that got me into mma. Im super grateful for that fight.

Honestly though, given how he was still fighting through 3 knockdowns in one round, I think an unspoken truth with Gastelum was that he was also ready to give all of himself to fight to the end.

my vote for greatest MMA fight ever used to be CroCop vs Fedor... then it was Nick Diaz vs Takanori Gomi... then Gaethje vs Alvarez... then it was Zhang vs Joanna..... but this is the greatest MMA fight I have seen. Hands down this is the most incredible fight ive seen.

It would be awesome to see Adesanya VS Gastelum 2!!!...That was the only fight Adesanya had in the UFC where he was tested. I love both of these guys. They are both warriors and I would absolutely love to see this one again! One of my top 5 favorite UFC fights!

Gastelum was finding Adelasagna's chin better than Alex Pereira, let that sink in. and Pereira has in sane reach and is a top 5 Middleweight Kickboxer in the world, it's just insane to me that Gastelum touched up Israel that much.
