May be a cause of abdominal pain, vomiting. May be a result of gastroparesis. We're seeing more of this with wider use of GLP-1 agonists.
Implications in anesthesia as well.

Usually when I see it in the emergency department, the patients are having abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting
