Thank you for the way you answered the question about eating healthy and exercise. Personally, I walk outside or on the treadmill daily and eat fairly moderately but I'm sure many look at me and would doubt that.

I agree with you about loose skin…if it does not cause a medical issue, no surgery for me to remove. I was out of work for six weeks. I have lost 157 pounds so far, 67 lbs before the surgery. Like you I do not regret it. I know four people personally that have had the surgery. And I have conversation with them often. Some have gained the weigh back, and ask me what am I doing (exercise and food choices). We encourage each other to get back on track. You always looked fabulous and keep up the great work!

I always enjoy your vlogs! You are so right - everyone is different in how they heal from surgery. Eating slow was an issue for me too..... lol. I HAD to do it though I was under 50 with diabetes that wouldn't come under subjection no matter what I did, which is why I ended up doing the Ruen Y instead of the Sleeve. Best decision ever! I did end up having to have my gall bladder removed because of it and they said that could happen. Now, I did gain some weight unexpectedly in 2018, but God was even in that as for my Bday I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and it became my new breasts. . . LOL. I am my pre-childbirth weight from almost 40 years ago. I lost a whole person and a half! God bless you always Beautiful! 🥰

Yea for me, I had lost 100 lbs on my own before but about 7 years later I gained it all back. I work 2 full time jobs and I cannot do what I did before to lose the weight, no time to walk 4.5 miles a day like b4. I have pcos and the BP meds I take are blowing me up like crazy. This is my last resort to have a decent life where I'm not miserable 24/7. Thank you for everything you have shared.

Hello Yesenia I am listening at you talking on the video and some of the questions the ladies are asking are good questions. And you are right this surgery is definitely different for everyone I remember when I had mine I stayed home 4 weeks I only had to really stay home too but I took 4 weeks off because I had so much vacation time from my job. Even when I went back to work Yesenia because I worked at a school I did Food Service I still could not lift anything heavy the ladies at work would always help me when I have to do something heavy and that was really nice of them because I really could not do it but I was ready to go back to work. And I did lose some of my hair but eventually it started growing back I even had cut it a little bit to even it out but yes it did grow back. I smile when you say they ask you how much weight you lost in one lady got mad cuz you didn't say but child when I did my surgery I mean I was on that scale every single day weighing myself to see if I lost weight I know I was losing at least a pound every day because I stayed on that scale being nosy with my weight congratulations on your surgery you are really looking good I started smiling one day when I was watching your video because I can tell just by looking at your face and your neck and your shoulders that you were losing your weight and I know you're going to be looking amazing when it's over with by that I mean when all that weight start dropping off you're not going to want to change too much of how you dress I didn't I didn't even think that I even looked different but everybody kept telling me I did congratulations again Yesenia just saying

If I can give you advice is to get some weight and start doing your arms. The weight loss will be fast, and if you don't do the dumbbell weights your skin on your arms will be saggy, and you will be cold all the time. So if you start now the loose skin would not be as bad as mine.

Hello young lady, you look amazing. You mentioned support. I'm a single woman that lives alone and as far as support, that's something I don't have. My family is not in the same area. But I'm waiting to see my primary care provider in May to consider weight loss surgery. And I don't share much of important information to people. There to judgemental for me. So whatever I go through it's between God and me. So I rely on him. Any suggestions?

That's interesting. I hadn't heard anything about not taking vitamins as capsules during the first few months. The nurses and dietitian mentioned vitamin patches & liquid vitamins to not have to deal with so many pills. I tried liquid vitamins but had to switch back because I couldn't stand the liquid vitamins. 😝 If it wasn't for the fact that I lost the crease in the bottom of my butt, which has given me an extended back, 😂I wouldn't have considered surgery for the loose skin. I'm considering for my thighs, butt, and stomach.

24:10 can you answer this question again please? How long before you went back to work even if you’re working from home- how long could you sit, did you intentionally move, how long before a person could go in if it’s needed? I work from home also so this would effect me lol💕

Unfortunately you have to have medical issues in order for insurance to pay for skin removal, so that's the only time someone may WANT an infection or rashes and such lol
