You are spot on. Driving in day and night is a total different experience. I still get goosebumps when i recall coming back from my ladakh trip In Aug 2013, I crossed baralacha around 11:30 pm on my RE classic and i echo on miscalculations/ absence of bright vision happens their. So much hallucinations that at each turn i felt to jump with my bike into the valley. All were shocked when i reported at Darcha Checkpost in the middle of the night. Fortunately, after knocking each door at jispa found a camp stay and something to eat. It was my first trip to ladakh and i didn’t had any riding gear/ protective equipments. All this happened bcoz a young man who was on his dream trip trying to cop-up with distance/time/approved leaves from office. I thank Hanuman Ji for always being with me and protecting me. I am fortunate to come back safely as there are similar multiple incidents happened on that trip each day. Today, i cant imagine myself repeating this. One who has done all wrong knows the importance of doing right things on trip. You are doing great stuff chahal sahab. Big thumbs Up from Rohtak

Yes bro, it was a long day started from leh at 11am post replacing my rear shocker. I stopped at sarchu around 5pm and thought to stay here but it was too windy and i was not sure if the temporary accomodation in tent at chai shop will be right decision so thought to move ahead. May be i was too tired/didn’t had waterproof boots my feet were chilled with river crossings at baralacha in the night. Pitch black night. Tooo dark which made me feel lot of things

Bhoot shoot kuch nahi hai Gaata loops pe , have crossed so many times , never kept a bottle there, don't fall prey to such folk tales and stop polluting himalayas. I have even spent a night stuck at Baralacha in a snow storm felt nothing. Just keep your self hydrated and keep a tab on your oxygen level. It's all your brain acting up because of less oxygen and muscle fatigue. Done a couple of trips and have always slept like a child everywhere because of how tiring it is on the body. The only thing I was afraid of was over sleeping and getting delayed 😂😂😂
