Death penalty. People have been tortured, killed and trafficked. If we ensue for reclusion perpetua, there are chances that crooks like these would just fade in view after a few years. If they can shell out 500K-1M per month, they can easily bribe government officials.

island cove pogo when? if you do a side-by-side scaled comparison of bamban, porac, & island cove pogos, you'll see that the island cove area & structures are huge. they could assemble artillery & battle tanks & house them in those structures. the cavite naval base is just 1.7km north of island cove pogo. 1.7km is within the effective range of current artillery technology.

Indeed, it's so near the naval base that, in light of everything now known about pogos, the AFP should seize it as a military action against a potential enemy base, requiring no need to wait for a civil warrant.

There is no warrant of arrest as of this time, and it will take more time for a warrant to be issued since the DOJ, as part of the due process, has yet to conclude its preliminary investigation.

Yes, she can be held liable as she is no longer a minor when she committed the crimes that she is accused of. The fingerprint only proves that she is Guo Hua Ping Hence, she lied under oath about her true identity.
