I used to wake up very late earlier but after watching one of your video about preparation of GATE and I started wake up early at 4:00 am to study for GATE and it really works! I can cover in those early hours more than what I used to cover in all day. Thank u so much sir for suggesting it!!

i tried to woke up early at 4 am but the consequence is i feel sleepy through out the next part of the day after studying upto 8 am. sleep starts after having breakfast.

you may face this issue for first 2 or 3 days and later, you will get used to this. next thing is sleep at 10 or 11, so that you can have decent amount of sleep. one will have good amount quality time if he wakes early in the morning.

At 4AM there will be a high amounts of Oxygen released by trees around you, which will help improving memory retention. This also referred as Bhramha Gadiya. so not only waking up at 4AM is important but also opening your house doors & windows so that Oxygen comes inside your house. Though you wake at 4AM but if you stay in closed room it's of no use.
