Did they discontinue the midi Kinney? I don’t see it on the website just the original full sized one

I think they did. I just bought a preowned midi Kinney, and the seller thought it was the full size. It’s about two inches shorter than the full size. I still love it, though!

Hi, I’m a soon to be first time mom. Thought I had found my bag by going with Itsy Ritzy, but I’m reading all kinds of reports about their absolutely atrocious customer service. Returning my bag with them today. I guess I have a couple questions. 1. Do you know anything about their warranty and/or customer service? 2. How do the straps feel in backpack mode when your bag(s) is full? Is there one you find more comfortable? 3. I liked the Itsy Ritzy because it opened up nicely so the bag wouldn’t become a black hole. Do you find you can keep your bags pretty organized and see clearly all you have in there? I’m leery of anything resembling the “bucket” style backpack. These are so beautiful and I’m considering buying one! Would love your input if possible. Thanks!!

Hi! I don’t know anything about itsy ritzy but Mina baie is awesome! I find their bags really comfy overall. I don’t know much about their warranty. I haven’t had any issues to see. The internal organization is great! Emmy is my favorite. You can definitely see everything in that one easily.

@@carlydoehler2291 Hi Carly! I thought I’d answer your question since it was left unanswered. I’m a first time mom too and have both the full and midi Emmy and I can tell you that the full Emmy packs everything I need and would still have some room left to throw in a jacket for my daughter. We’re using disposable diapers. The midi packs really well too but if you’re needing more than 2-3 cloth diapers then I suggest you go with the full :) hope this helps!
