I agree but there also genetic and biological factors in play with fitness level and weight loss. Some people are able to lose weight and gain fitness much easier than others. I’m sure she’s not just sitting around eating chips and occasionally playing tennis.

She's a professional tennis player. Clearly, she understands how to compete as a world-class athlete. And Townsend's doing very well for herself.

@@ruslanpultz8322 nah, I’m just a lowly NTRP 5.0 that at 33, still plays competitive tournaments against former college players, who are still in their 20’s. I chose to focus on school in college, which is why I’m an infectious diseases pharmacist today, with responsibilities for 18 hospitals in my market. I went to a D1 university for undergrad and pharmacy school - wasn’t going to make their varsity roster, as I hadn’t been playing tennis since the age of 5. But fitness I can comment on from a clinical perspective and she isn’t fit. That’s visibly obvious. Body habitus alone is telling. The only plausible explanations are a thyroid condition or not training hard enough/poorly controlled diet.

@@kylepiscitello8889 you may judge someone’s weight to feel better about yourself that’s fine you do you but when that person is at a professional level and has clearly an idea how to play at that level and she can do what she wants it like why say something she can do what she wants and she can still do what she love and make money doing it, also I never asked about our Job but thanks anyways.
