Gauntlet Dark Legacy was that good game was awesome 😎 I love ❤️ the world 🌎 has to become my best characters: The four iconic characters return; Warriors, Valkyrie, Wizard 🧙‍♂️and Archer (Elf) In addition, there are four newcomers: Dwarf (Mirror the Warrior in Strength) Knight (Mirror the Valkyrie in Armor) Sorceress 🧙‍♀️ (Mirror the Wizard 🧙‍♂️ in Magic) Jester (Mirror the Archer in Elf 🧝‍♀️ in Speed).

Just get dolphin emulator and play gauntlet on the highest resolution and its basically an HD remake

@@aqua8083 ya dolphin let's you upscale polygons and textures up to 4k. It's legitimately insane what emulation has accomplished in the past 5ish years.

This game was without a doubt the best arcade game I've ever played. I wish so badly that they would do another one of the gauntlet series games, just so long as it's better than seven sorrows...

Worst part of seven sorrows was the bossfight. Like why'd the guy go and put a bunch of ballista pointing at him in his throne room?

@@austinmorrison6953 true. I just wish on console ports you could enable health ticking down slowly. I liked the pressure the arcade cabinet had to keep moving forward no matter the odds and to compete for and share loot with your teammates.

Jester is and always will be my favorite class in this game. I like speed characters in general, but Jester definitely appeals to me.

For my friend, Archer is better since she has higher strength than Jester, but there is something odd that makes Jester more appealing than Archer.

What's more, each character gets a different costume for each color. Yellow has the African/Egyptian characters, Blue has the medieval-feudal-chivalry kind of looks, Red characters are a bunch of Conan-looking Savage Land dwellers and Green characters look kind of like feral forest-dwellers who live in trees. I was always partial to the Green Valkyrie. She looks pretty savage.

Also it’s not that, but you can tell which character specializes in what by just their base appearance. Strength specialists are muscular by nature, Armor specialists have shields, Speed specialists are armed with non magical range weapons, and Magic specialists have wands that shoot magic.

If you can keep potions on you the wizard is definitely the best. Pressing one button to clear the screen is pretty OP

You know how they show the enemy intros in every realm. The heroes may see the scary different types of enemies but what if the enemies saw the heroes like this. The good guys were no laughing matter ether.

Playing yellow Medusa (the secret character for the Sorceress and one of the easiest to get). About to fight the Castle Chimera soon. Her slow attacks (Kiss of Death) can go through walls (at least on the Gamecube version). Really useful when dealing with enemies on the other side of a wall, like Generals, Golems and Gargoyles. It can't destroy generators, though.

I dont remember hte names but Warrior: Basically just a huge fireball Knight:a huge ballchain that shoots foward Jester:i could never tell what it was, i thought it was a punching glove?? Sorceress:summons a bunch of skelletons that charge foward Dwarf: some fire chasm thing...

For me, I like the Sorceress, the Jester, the Valkyrie, and the Warrior. But especially the Sorceress. Also, the yellow pallet swaps were the coolest to me on a majority of the characters. Especially, you guessed it, the Sorceress. I also like the Yellow Jester.

@Demous9253 Ever done the coin maze on the Temple of the Magi, AKA "Lab?" They all died working on the game. Except for that one guy sleeping on the couch, he's still alive. That's why Seven Sorrows sucked, only one person (who was lazy anyways) worked on it!

There's ONE PROBLEM WITH THIS VIDEO....... The Final Character unlocable in Dark Legacies, The Sumner, is missing. IT HAS 999 FLIPPIN STATS AND CAN CURE FOODS AT THE START! SCREW THE SORCERER!
