Sir i experienced and exerted this pain in check bounce case,i supposed to complain when i had a bounced check long back.i was frequently referred Hebbal to RT nagar. Since residence in hebbal and Belongs to RT nagar post. Complaint has to be registered within the span.and i referred both stations by station Bearers.stating reason no warrant officer. No value for polite and non corruptive citizens . Lot of partiality is observed sir.

Dear Sir, Ultimately what police department do, should consider by Honourable judge's knowledge, otherwise no use. Honourable Court has to do decide punishment preview. Apart from dedicated and honest lawyer bring to judge's knowledge, otherwise this kind of people misuse the innocent people, and do the crime years together. Now a days so many people misusing court time and unnecessary prolonged the case's, in between police department transfer no bother what happens in earlier issues, anything pending against case's that person. Otherwise only coming and going from station to another station, and one court to another Court and took bail comes out and continue the crime. This kind of should remove from root itself, otherwise no end. Even lawyer also explain properly explain properly infront of judge and what is effect to the public and society in future. Now a days no one bother about police department and law, every one culprits having their mind set according they act in the society, but law only particular case study they will see argument and take the decision. In our country every person has to go appeal process, there are polong the case and time consuming. But victims are suffered ultimately when got judgement by that time there Life is miserable.
