A is corrupted police, B is ethical police (So he get transferred to lokayukta) C is common man, he wants to file fir.. but A(corrupted) is demanding huge amount!! C (common man) will go to complain on ' A" to B(lokayukta).. A and B knowing each other . In this case what will be the condition of C (common man). What will be the action of B(lokayukta)..
