He does simplify things but for sure doesn't have enough knowledge about everything. He missed half of the things which are even more crucial to the case. He just made a quick summary to manipulate the audience. And to keep them intact as to whose side you should be on. But if you want better explanation you can refer other more financial channels like invest aaj for kal or goela school of finance LLP . Who have far more better knowledge with a degree.

Bad me Agar value niche jaati hai stock ki TAB vo use stock ko repay karta h. E.g, maanlo mujhe bharosa h ek company niche jaegi, Maine 5 rupay ke 20 stock BORROW kiya (khareede nahi) aur bech diye kisi aur ko (basically udhari). Ab jab uss stock ki value niche jaegi Jaise 5 se 1 rupay ka hogya, tab mai khareed lunga use aur mujhe net profit hojaega
