Gavin and Kirsty are both experts with lived experience advisors for learning disability nursing services in Hertfordshire County Council Adult Disability Services.
They help deliver training to healthcare providers eg GP practices and share their lived experiences to help health professionals understand not just WHAT reasonable adjustments they can make but also WHY they are needed to help overcome barriers to achieving equitable health outcomes
