I live in the community where Charles Schulz lived. I live slightly north. When I was going to JC he would pull onto the highway very frequently at the same time with me in the fast Lane. So often we began to wave to one another. He was heading into his studio. He used to hold a annual holiday ice skating event that drew thousands to his ice arena in Santa Rosa,CA. However sadly his family terminated it following his death. He once coined a single strip at my suggestion. All it said was.... ALL MY LIFE I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR MY PIE IN THE SKY. AND WHEN IT ARRIVED IT HAD COCONUT ON IT. (We both hated coconut)
