The thing I’m worried about is keeping my sexuality away from toxic family members, especially from my mom’s side. Okay I dont comment often but I think it genuinely has to be addressed. If you are in the same relationship with the same sex and they are constantly getting upset about you not telling your homophobic family about you coming out then it's honestly a relationship you shouldn't be in. I had an Andrew in my relationship and she would always get upset in me hiding the relationship and wanted me to just tell my parents and blame everything on me. She wanted me to tell my homophobic family I was gay at 13. Andrew was very toxic in this, and honestly, I think that anyone who is like Andrew isn't worth the time because it shows how their feelings will reach further than your safety.
