Don't rush things, take your time. Don't get discouraged by a couple of stupid deaths, it happens. And most of all, stay away from FIRE! And if you want to get past Keener, the Technician specialisation is op.

Great tips and tricks, very good things to keep in mind and live by when doing hardcore. Also was your unbreakable build, your pvp build? I saw the skills weren't your usual skills that you'd use for a raid.

Also, a couple of different strategies. 1. you dont need to wait to lvl 40 to make a build. Just get to the Campus settlement in story, do 3 Missions to unlock reconfiguration, and you can make whatever you want. I would save all the credits you can until you unlock that, then put unbreakable on a chest piece. then MAX out all the other gear for armor, and you are set. Bonus ( Put NSync on a MP4 assault riffle) 2. If you beat DC, then get to World Tier 2, THAT is when you can share all blueprints and materials with the other accounts. You dont have to wait until after NY.

Big tip for leveling up: clear dz landmarks. Servers are completely empty, and each landmark gives a huge amount of xp. About 5 landmarks will result a lvl up

One way to cheeze it but it requires that you have a friend that's level 40 in HC. Leave one HC character in Tier 1. Invite your friend who is lvl 40 and make him/her leader. Then leave, create a new character and join your friend who is in the Tier 1 world. Every kill will give you 1600-2400xp. So you can get boosted very quickly. Should be enough to just complete the story missions and strongholds to reach lvl 30. Has come in handy a lot after getting killed from game crashes or bugs.

There’s a PlayStation player who teams up with friends in the DZ and they mainly prey on solos. They’ll pretend to be friendly or just sneak up to them and go rogue. His last post on KZfaq was 8 months ago so maybe he stopped doing it but just because of that, I’m not going in the DZ because my luck is awful. His name is: Mano52Valba

Main issue is dying from crashes on PC. Jumped back in with a friend last week after almost a years break and hoped they had fixed the crashing issues. We completed the story & NY and got to play 3 missions before my friends game crashed when we were fighting rogues on Heroic. He booted the game back up again and his character was dead. Very annoying.

I got delta a few times and was able to come back in without dying. It’s been fixed I guess.

Good stuff G. I'm starting to play more with the clan I'm in and it's been fun, started doing more dz runs to, not so great at that, there's a real skill to pvp and i ain't there yet lol. But getting abit used to playing with other's. Still can't get my head around why i get so nervous playing with others though, it's a game, I'm not there my character is, strange how humans react with this aspect of gaming. I know alot who find dz terrifying to, yet they'll play CoD with no problems. Psychological mind field is gaming lol.

So True. I do not get the least bit nervous when play. But the second i go into the DZ (hardcore or not), heart starts pounding.

Just play raid on vanilla and before the raid is finished cheese switch to your hardcore and accept an invite. Apparently that works

Do you have to complete the raid at level 30 to get the Hardcore Raid Commendation or can you get it at level 40?

Had a SHD level 4 character and was going strong, game glitched and frozen and when I logged back in my character was ambushed and was dead. Kinda disheartening as I did everything solo, but in the end it is all part of the game. Maybe its time to do it again.

This is a huge tip that anyone needs to know, if you are using unbreakable, under no circumstances are you to use ANY armor regen, none, nada, zilch. There is a bug with unbreakable that if you have armor regen depending on the game tick unbreakable will not activate, because of armor regen, basically the armor will regen at the same tick as the armor breaks tricking unbreakable that either A) it activated and will actually go on cooldown, or B) that you are infected not out of armor and you'll get shredded.

MOST IMPORTANT TIP: Do NOT be surprised or angry if you die from lag, freezing or Delta errors. I have had 5 deaths in the past year from Those issues. The first time i was livid!!! Even wrote massive, but you can never get it back. You got to be prepared to lose all you stuff at a moments notice. PLUS do not be surprised if you are playing on challenging (or level 3 control point) and the NPCs shoot your reviver hive. That has happened to me 3 times. I drop it, and IMMEDIATELY they shoot it. YOU ARE DEAD. As Tempted as you are to try to take a control point or play on challenging or Heroic for better loot, DONT!!!!!!!

Is it possible to make it, without game crashes\bugs, but especially without the Hive, so no cheesy extremely handholding stuff? So this video is for "end game" as it is called, so playing as a dedicated player in seasons of TD2. But if one wants to play the story the episodes and NYC, it's doable alone and it's also realistic alone? I wish to have realistic players with realistic setup and caring of the detailes but it's hard to find... Oh I see also the unbreakable thing: well, It would be cool if there were not these OP things suggestions, like a really hardcore approach not hardcore just for a place holder. Cool suggestions anyway. I wish a sort of tactical role playing simulation approach would be also covered... also in your clan. Funny enough? Your loadout I mean in terms of appearance is one of the most realistic ones I have seen? In general there are these funny dressed characters... not cool, that really kill the immersion.

Hey, sorry nobody has been able to answer your call for help. Harcore is a niche mode and with many of the playerbase taking a break right now it could be difficult to find somebody to link with. Keep trying and stay patient 👍
