Sorry to say I had the same problem also, it can be that the SD card went corrupted and then it won't boot up past the loading screen, the SD card they use is cheap and corrupts almost all the time, the m8 gamestick is notorious for failing, the only option is try to load the SD card onto your pc and copy using a programme and transfer that to a good quality card. Also the gamestick doesn't have a heat shield inside so the heat damages the cheap card if you leave it in for extended periods. Basically I would t bother trying to fix it. I requested a refund from temu, the 4k lite m8 gamestick is terrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. However this stick on here the GT10 is better quality and would try this one instead.

Yes I have similar problem. When I first set it up it was working OK, then the next night the game screen was frozen and I was unable to do anything with the controllers, so now I am just left with a frozen game screen, there's also no switch to switch on or off other than a connected HDMI/USB connection meaning that the damn thing can only be deactivated by switching sources!.. have you had any luck with yours? I am going to ask for replacement then a refund anyway.

Same problem here. Lights alternate on the controller, then go off without receiving signal from the game stick. I think I wasted my money on this.

@swilson642 yes, I followed all directions, it does not work. I have Bluetooth headphones for my PS, I know how to use the transmitters. The stick or transmitter are faulty, it does not work.

If i use both select and start, then there ist the Menü with load Game, save Game etc, but i with save there only is 0% and next Time i have to start from the beginning.
