A lot of these highlights are from when he was only 19... when he got playing time he avged 20 ppg at 20 years old. Sky is the limit but man I could easily see him avging 25+ as a full time starter.

He did a lot more than dunk this last 2023-24 season. His game continues to improve each year. It's a huge year for him this upcoming season-he either takes the mantle as the #2 behind Steph and signs a huge deal-or-he continues to have holes in his game and ends up not really working out. He's so dang young so far-going into his 4th season and he's only 21. He will be 22 at the start of the season.

This is great (like so amazing) but it's frustrating how many times he gets fouled at the rim. I usually hate it when players complain to refs. But JK has a legit reason to be mad at refs on majority of these dunks. Hopefully, next season he gets the whistle.

Yo we need to acquire Lauri Markkenan and I know people don’t want to hear this but I’m willing to trade Kuminga for him. He can do everything Kuminga can do, except he’s bigger and more experienced. Think about it, If both players were not in our team and we had to bring one of them in, who would you choose? Are you choosing the athletic 7 footer who shoots well and has more experienced, or are you choosing a 6’7 player with potential but is still in his raw phase? Not only can Lauri shoot well but he can also turn his back and bump his way closer to the basket to get an easy bucket. This fixes the issue we had last season where other teams would go on runs and we couldn’t answer because no one can get an easy bucket because they can’t shoot over bigs. I think we’re just attached to Kuminga because he’s homegrown but Lauri is a better player.

He will be all star and all defense in next 2 years he is that good nobody can guard him one on one and he can matchup with any wing in the league and make them look weak and slow. His ball handling and footwork are already elite. He has post game any move or shot you want and can get to the line. He can finish at rim over anyone. He can hit midrange on anyone. He has good feel for passing and setting up Steph and shooters. He can make open 3s. And he is perfect next to Steph and Draymond because he has that innate feel for the timing and rhythm of how they play. And he doesn’t take bad shots like Wiggins does. Warriors can win another still if Wiggins commits to playing like iggy used to and not focus so much on scoring and iso, iggy was so great because he looked to set up splash bros first and then played off of them.

JK is great I just fear for his sake that his development is taking a backseat to trying to fake contend in the twilight of Steph's career. It's been obvious for years that this team isn't a real contender anymore and yet they still talk all that bs. It's crazy that the roster is still be shaped around Donkey's flaws despite a clear and obvious decline in his impact on winning. I'm glad they haven't pointlessly gone all in on a Lauri trade but at the same time I don't have any faith that Kerr will come even close to getting the best out of JK. Watch Podz continue to get more minutes than JK this season, Kerr has a fetish for small guards it seems. I genuinely hope JK goes on to have a great career even if it's on another team. Where ever he plays talent like his should not be wasted. Having said that he does really need to improve his defence. He's got all the physical tools he just makes too many poor decisions right now. Still I'd rather watch the Warriors lose games and give JK and the other young players the runway they deserve than watch them faff around with aging Vets for nor real result. Steph can't carry this team anymore by himself and it's painful to watch him try they desperately need a more diverse set of schemes.
