Up and under layups Extra step mid range jumpers CRAZY STEP BACK 😮😮 fluent spinning away from defenders Excellent court vision Can’t take nothing away from him he might just be top 5 today
Shai right now is star ⭐️ i think he will be hall of famer 🏀🔥

Mark Price used to be very good in like 2-3 years, but he ain’t in the hall of fame. Wait until maybe another year of good performance carry team into winning their ring. Then we can talk about HOF
@Mr.NathanFritzАй бұрын
Too early to say for a hall of famer. But I agree he's a superstar now but he ain't reached that MEGA superstar status yet he's missing something. I believe he can be a must see in the future.

He's so efficient. I feel like he gives exactly what is needed, doesn't seem like he jumps way in the air if he doesn't have to, takes extra time after a stepback, before a jumpshot. He takes just a fraction of extra time no one knew was there.
@D1rtyD3braАй бұрын
Yeah that’s what I’m noticing to. Cause at first it’s kinda confusing how he’s so good. He doesn’t seem incredibly athletic. He doesn’t seem to have an incredibly good jump shot. He doesn’t even seem like he’s got top tier handles. His finishing does jump out to me as being particularly good tho. Anyway I feel like he’s just good enough at everything combined with his decision making and he just gets whatever he wants all the time.

His combination of smooth and aggressive style of play is really unique
@reckon7457Ай бұрын
Not really someone in the league does that aswell but a heck lot better of playmaking. That smooth aggressive style.
@PatoNani18Ай бұрын
@@reckon7457 If you talk about Luka then I have to tell you he ain't aggressive at all. He outsmarts his opponent and is kinda smooth (or slow but effective).
@reckon7457Ай бұрын
@@PatoNani18 You probably not watching his games and just looks at the highlights. Luka is very physical uses his body against smaller guys if anything Shai is the smooth guy not forcing any contact at all. Watch his playoff games against the Clippers when most of his teammates are injured and he doesn't have anyone to rely on he took the game by himself. When the clippers tried every player against him he literally went straight to the basket and back anyone down including Kawhii. Took the series to 7 games against prime Kawhii and PG by himself.

Boy oh boy where do I even begin.... Shai honey, my pookie bear. I have loved you ever since I first laid eyes on you. The way you drive into the paint and strike fear into your enemies eyes. Your lightning quick hands when you steal the ball. Your silky smooth touch around the rim, and that gorgeous jumpshot. I would do anything for you. I wish it were possible to freeze time so I would never have to watch you retire. You never gave up hope in your team even when they were tanking. Now the dawgs🐕 are the #1 seed. You are even amazing off the court, you're a great husband and soon to be father, sometimes I even call you dad. I forvever dread and weep, thinking of the day you will one day retire. I would sacrifice my own life it were the only thing that could put a smile on your face❤.

I know! He is just effective and understands the opponent’s! Smooth, fancy, pure art as some say! You guys are delusional and act like you never seen someone that works on his game. Let them all shine and get the best PO games this year! Pray to God that the real MVP wins, not because of the referees!...🎉😇😅

@@stormspinner9000Why do you have to make that distinction? Luka may be better at some things but he's not as athletic as SGA, it's a pretty even matchup
@stormspinner9000Ай бұрын
@@louiehunter6490 athleticism doesn't determine how great a player is on its own, zion basically beats everyone there but isn't even a top 5 player. You can't use that on its own. It's just a way to predict how good a player will be

I get what you mean but I don’t think it makes his game any less beautiful. It’s a different style; shifty guard relying on his change of speed, driving angles, crafty finishes and amazing footwork. His post work and midrange game has become so polished, you can see the Kobe influence in his game.

Idk about you but watching him I definitely get that wow factor even more so then jokic
@colemartin7320Ай бұрын
I don’t think you realize how good he is at creating his own shots, and his finesse from the midrange to the painted area. I’ve seen him convert so many shots when there’s almost nothing there to work with because he has so many counters to evade defenses.

Most Valuable on OKC...barely. Does his role, like a well trained dog. The amount that whistle blows...yuck. He doesn't even pop up on an 'Eye Test' as you are simply watching a well trained dog, which can have its wow factor at times but at the end of the day we like watching soul. Payton Pritchard has more soul...

Oh shut up. The facts are he doesn't get an extreme amount of free throws. He drives more than anyone in the league and he's not even leading in free throws. Stop with this stupid BS. he just scored 33 with 4 free throws 2 being from a technical foul. You don't know anything about shai or OKC.
