PAP! Please stop talking about the past! The 60 years is over. The last 10 to 12 years has been hell for us. All the prices goes up! Now he has Retired; so is it Broken Promise or Empty Promise ? 🤔 HDB 99 yr Lease go to ZERO Value. Cars / bikes 10 yr Lease go to ZERO Value. Indranee, 1. Why is it so hard to contact my MPs in this social age, no email and cant even msg you on fb. 2. As a resident of Duxton, can you please fix the lift situation ? The lift always breaks down / under maintenance. Cant it be scheduled at non-peak hour ? Honestly this lift thing feels like you dont plan for any errors and just try to fix whatever happens. 3. After living here for more than 10 years I have lost the trust and confidence on the grassroots, seems like you in the clouds. Please show me show you can gain my confidence in your team again.

I have not see any of this PAP members going to meet any of the people in their constituents. Please do not bring Founding Father’s name to pull votes again. U all cannot compare to Him. Did u all really care for the people? Only during elections time u all talk sweet to beg votes? I hope the people of Tanjong Pagar vote wisely. Not to listen to sweet talk only.

It will be a mistake to vote for PAP they will rise up GST, and they will lead a millionaire, Billionaire life while we the citizens of singapore will be struggling.. Even in this covid non of then had a paycut not no pay leave... They will keep earning while we dying out there.. All our taxmoney will be given to foreign kids and talents to work and study while our kids suffer... We need a chance of government...

Even Tommy Koh spoke about the big inequality wage gap and also the use of cheap foreign workers to suppress wages. Many of the middle class began to step out and speak about the difficulties low income working-class Singaporeans faces. Pay foreign workers 700 and expect Singaporeans to accept such low wages and PMET jobs to foreigners. Give millionaires and billionaires low taxes but tax working-class beyond reasons.

What’s the point of electing you? No matter which party, we’re ONE SINGAPORE. Singaporeans (100% true breed ones) are all smart, we don’t need any representative to xia-suay us to the rest of the world. I love LKY, and there’re indeed good ministers whom we need to be grateful to, as they helped build Singapore. But we must accept the fact that LKY is no longer around, and understand that some people only came into the picture, when Singapore is already prosperous. “Newcomer in the same party” does not equal to “Our Forefather”.

Currently I am receiving cpf life payout I told the board since I do not have dependent am I allowed to receive more they reply is no , they calculated in such the way that from 64 to 88 they sum of money paid is all member money

@Sushi Saim I can chill but will everyone give them the excuse of not performing. I am a PSP supporter but I am not blind. Remember you are going to have to convince people who have voted for the PAP, their standards are going to be absolute. You can have your different ideas but you cannot be blinded by your own preference and bias. You must see things in their eyes. You don't do a better job in presenting, they will not pick you. And because they are bias, you do the same level of quality they will just stick to their party. Sorry that's how life works. Any excuses you are just kidding yourself.

One can have different opinions or disagree with PAP policies but it's not a right time to pass baton to rookie. Will rely on who have been leading for years and have experience in dealing with crisis. People of Singapore can never forget the hard work put in by the PAP ministers to fight with covid crisis and right decisions on right time.. No one else have done it better. Period.

Experience in dealing with which crisis? COVID is not a crisis. The crisis is we are led to another recession and this time to an even more serious recession than the previous 3 recessions of 1997, 2000, and 2008. World Bank last year before COVID, predicts Singapore's economy would be minus 1.5% to 3.5%. Accept the blame, don't push the blame on COVID.

COVID IS a crisis and what else you mentioned is the aftermath. Entire world is struggling and so is Singapore. If one chooses to be ignorant sure can, however there ARE various plans to train the workforce to attract employers at the same time by assisting them with various payouts. There is lot to save jobs and promote. With the think tank and leaders people of Singapore see at present dont find with any other parties fighting elections. People might give a chance but not in this GE for sure.

Commendable effort to speak (non-standard) Cantonese. But, as a native Cantonese speaker, I wonder why it was necessary and what kind of votes are sought out after. We need voices that are credible and able to present and argue on policies with fluency and congruence in parliament. Still waiting for the toning down on dramatics, on intimidation of opponents that appear arrogant and at the same time, a greater display of empathy and compassion for Singaporeans. If there are significantly more spoilt votes this round, no one wins.

It’s obvious Chancellor Palpatine does not the problems Singaporean are facing in our daily life’s . 1) utilities taxes 30% tax over tax 2) 7> 9% GST in everything including essential things like milk, oil , rice ect... 3) no transparency in our government dealings with tax payers $ 4) democracy ???? Where ???? 5) freedom of speech ????? 6) high cost of living for the underprivileged poor 7) equality for singaporean 8) min wages for singaporean 9) foreigners invading and taking our jobs 10) where is our CPF $$$$?????
