technically that's was the story from lindow side, and we just happen to play as lindow's savior in that story. So that savior and MC might be unrelated, although lindow did stated that the MC has huge resemblance as his savior. and time travel is another possible explanation, as SHIFT is known for making story with some plotholes.

Well this is just my theory but, remember when Alisa on GE2RB early story mission (1st time killing psion mission) stare and said that the Vice Captain (GE2RB MC a.k.a Blood Alpha) made her remember and resemble her old friend which is the MC of GEB/GER which is canonnically Yuu Kannagi or Alpha One if you prefer. On GEB/GER the MC made contact with Ren (spirit of lindow's Arc), won the mind battle inside Lindow's consciousness (Ren said it as "following Lindow's track") and helped Lindow fight the Hannibal that tried to devour his consciousness and completely take over. Also, that's why Cradle have the principle of "Never Run Away From Living" because that is what Lindow always said, and what the MC of GEB/GER told Lindow as he try to gave up his life and accept his fate as an Aragami. As for Kigurumi, my theory is that Kigurumi is the MC of GEB/GER, you wouldn't put on a full body mask/ costume if you don't have something to hide, right ? based on the anime, the MC have extremely high compability with the oracle cells that slowly eat him/ her away and left a "Scar" of yellow-ish oracle all around the body. back to the theory, I personally think, since the MC of the GEB/GER has no specific gender, [proved by 2 color pink-blue full bunny costume] the developer simply put on a full body costume that doesn't talk "..." , and because the MC simply want to hide his "Scar" of oracle cells. and he/ she did a pretty damn good job of hiding their identity, like always bring a flashbang everywhere for an occasion where the mask were "not intentionally" pulled off. And for the GE2RB MC on the scene, it's probably just a not intentional resonance or simply a not intentional evoke power that made Lindow remember his own past. Just like Nana slowly start remembering her mother cooking recipe after she gain her own blood power-arts. [Casual conversation - Lounge area - Middle Chapter]. And the MC acting like he doesn't care is probably only Lindow feeling it, or the MC simply don't want to talk about it TBQ (to be questioned). my bet is on the resonance. simply because it answer why Fran is flustered when calling Lindow on the last scene. because based on GEB/GER game Story line, resonance vision have an approximate range, like the scene when every party member (Alpha One, Alisa, Kota, Soma) saw Shio's memory when the MC touched her "fragments".

that does make no sense, if "Yuu" was the saviour acording to that moment thats the exact moment before lindow transform into an Hannibal, and "Yuu" discorver that the hannibal is Lindow some time after, if "Yuu" where the saviour then for starters he would not have leaved lindow, he would have known about lindows condition, and would have know he was the black Hannibal, but that was not the case, so whoever that was it was not "yuu" and not the GERB mc neither. was someone else, but we play its part because as Lindow says he doesnt remember his face. so we are just a visual remplacement. that is more a confusion than anything else...

@@XROSSGAMES bro, Yuu is you. Yuu is the player. Yuu is just the name in replacement if the player didn't transfer GEB/GER data to GE2RB. Yuu (the player of GEB) and Ren saved Lindow, technically. I think the MC here in this cutscene is just the MC of GE2, since there were no scythe/spear god arcs back in 2071. Maybe its just this New Type resonance or whatnot, or the MC of GE2 did really play a part in Lindow's torment, or Lindow just imagined this guy since he resonated with him. Maybe its Shio's clones that helped him. Maybe this, maybe that, the story writers were never that clear.

Well I also live in the philippines, Better buy it on steam sales. Got it this golden week for below 300 php. (well it also includes GER) Same with GE3 for 400 php. I feel bad that I bought it on sale, never knew if the game would be good and thought it was just a monster hunter rip off. I was dead wrong on both of those assumptions and I now feel bad that I bought the 3 games cheap.

Go to the database, then read the "Yuu Kannagi" log. Actually the entry of "Yuu Kannagi" was replaced by your GEB character name if you import it to GE2, sadly there's no such thing on the english version

Actually he doesn't teach you anything at all, he only shows his powers, helps you in like 3 missions and then lets you solve all the problems..and then he let's Romeo die because of literally not being able to at least stand against the Marduk. I mean Lindow was killing without bloodpowers a Uroboros by himself meanwhile Julius couldn't stand one minute against the Marduk.

@@gethermedel3620 well, unlike the anime while the GE 1hit every mobs and spend few episodes to fight against boss aragami, in this game you actually has to spend some time against the mobs, yet kill the boss aragami in minutes once you got the right gear. most GE players considered the anime sucks tho. as for the story, the first arc of original GE has similar storyline to the anime, with some noticable differences.
