Жыл бұрынGealdýr’s rendition of the poem Wulf ond Eadwacer finds its origin in the Exeter Book, also known as the Codex Exoniensis. This large codex of Old English poetry has been estimated to date back since the late tenth century AD. This is Gealdýr’s first rendition in Old English.

Oh!! This is one of my favourite poems!! It's so heartbreaking. I'm so thrilled to find it put to music. I've always found the use of repetition so musical. And the grief that runs through the whole poem deserves to be captured in song.
