Because i need to maximize poison stack on the boss (3 stacks). Using liam, i always get 3 stacks when his ulti is active. Using cutter, i get 1 stack only. The other comes from 30% chance on basic attack. I didnt want to depend on "chance" / luck so i go using liam

For me, easier when i use legos (setram, arrogance, nyx / razaak) comboed with dolores + rage regen. Especially if you have hatsut, you dont need piercer lord.
