I have a few Roam cases and I love them. I used my 82L cases for trail tools and recovery gear. I use my 160L for clothes and everything else. Buy once, cry once!🤘🏻

I agree! They’re great. I keep them on top of my truck and have never had any problems.

@@furious7515 Awesome thanks for the reply. Do you have an issue with locking the latches? Any locks work best? I know that's an issue with roam boxes.

How do you feel about the wind noise and overall height with the 95L on top? I’m debating b/t the 83L (for lower profile) and the 95L (for more capacity)

The wind noise is noticeable when my music isn’t playing. It’s more than my old Plano rifle case, which is closer to the height of the 83L Roam case.

Don’t forget to check your roof and roof rack weight capacity. You may be shocked how little weight your roof can actually hold! The problem with the 95litre box is that it’s very easy to put too much weight up there. The smaller box will limit the amount of heavy items you can put in there.

@@officialWWM It looks like 300-600lbs depending on how it’s configured and whether or not you’re moving. I usually store sleeping bags and clothes up there.

@@highcountryoverland me too :) I have 2 x 85l ones on my roof. I keep all my recovery gear in one and fishing gear, sleeping bags etc in the other. Very handy boxes.

I tried to get good ones. Each tie was rated for 75#. We live in a place where we don’t lock our house when we leave each day.

The only rack I have is the tube-like basket.. How do I mount the roam? I have to drill holes?

You could zip tie the case to the tube crossbars. That would be similar to what I did in this video.
