Earlier this fall, we spend a day chasing albies with Brian, and seeing the rods, reels, and lures he uses for false albacore, as well as how he uses his electronics to catch more albies when they aren't showing on the surface.

I got my first one back in September out of CT. It is completely understandable now why some would become a albie fanatic!! It was awesome.

If you drive your boat into a school of feeding albies they will scatter and you won't catch _anything._ Try to position yourself 100 yards upwind of the splashes and cut your engine. The wind will carry you toward the feed where you'll have a couple minutes to get bit.
