Just heard the news that Geddy's mother passed. In the few interviews I've seen with her she came across as such a sweet, kind hearted lady, which obviously rubbed off on her son. May her memory be a blessing.

It does not bother me anymore. They were in Germany, Holland and Czech Republic, and this is a stone's throw... in the USA, it's short distances.

For me it's kinda bothering, especially since I haven't been to any concert even in Czech Republic, Germany, and Holland. But on the other side I'm kinda used to it.

Thank you RUSH for your wonderful, inspiring, incredible music that transcended the years of my life (I’m 52). I have listened to RUSH since I first heard 2112 when I was 11 years old. They served as my inspiration on a daily basis thru my high school years (I got sent home from school for wearing my Permanent Waves Concert T shirt because of the young lady and her “dress”), thru my undergraduate years, then thru my medical school school training. To this day, I still listen to RUSH all the time. I’ve seen the, in concert 74 Times. My dream is to one day shake Geddy, Alex and Neil’s hand and say thank you for having such a profoundly positive impact on my life. May ALEX, GEDDY AND NEIL all be blessed with excellent health, loving families and continued success. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. DOC DAVID 🙏

Snowdog ha! Dude, I’ve tried to win meet and greets soooo many times (my brother did one back during the days when Neil actually did them as well (I would say this was probably around 1982). I’ve tried so hard but just never been the right place at the right time.....I’ll certainly never stop hoping...🍻Doctor David

Byłoby to przynajmniej niedorzeczne.

I don't think Geddy even likes Poland as much as he likes Ukraine. Both had some Nazi past, but according to me, Ukraine had worse and Poland more heroic, while according to him, Poland had more of a nazi past, while Ukraine more heroic. And I say that as someone who hates Russia's warmongering.
@JohnWeirdoe Жыл бұрын
Polish Nazi past as you have called it never really existed. Poland was attacked and invaded by German Nazis who established concentration and death camps on polish soil. Wholeheartedly, I encourage you to grab one of works of Timothy Snyder who is great historian with vast knowledge on Eastern Europe. All the best, Hugo.

@@JohnWeirdoe But for now I have to be serious a bit. Geddy doesn't even recognize Poland as his country, even though his parents used to live there and WERE POLISH! For those who would say that "meh, he's Jewish": trust me, religion has NOTHING to do with it. They were Polish citizens!

@@hugo-scylla You have it all wrong. Geddy is not Polish, never was Polish, nor does he wish to be Polish. He was born in Canada. He's a Canadian citizen. What should he care about Poland?
