Dude. It’s because you’re low level and only have 3 characters. The game gives you these it’s not luck. You were low on characters so they gave you some. Wait till you have like 10 of them you’ll rarely ever get a character again.

At the start of playing Zooba you receive one emerald crate from playing . It doesn’t happen again tho.

You can always tell what chapter you can get you know why because if you look where the name shows up you will see the name of Florida character even shows up so yeah that's how you know what you got

It ain't subjective, it's facts. After you get 8-9 characters it's close to impossible of getting any more. You'll be stuck w those unless you're somehow lucky or got 800-3000 gems to buy a new one. This game is straight up pay-to-win and is dogshit. Amazing concept of battle royale in a zoo with animals but wasted bc of greediness. I hope they fix this bc I like this game alot. But I'll probably drop it ngl.
