As for me the best is one arm negatives.I've learnt one arm pull up in 1 and half month and then increase from 1 to 3 reps with just negatives.
@ursyugighaha45612 ай бұрын
Sounds good to me. Like that I learnt my first pull ups. Do you think it is possible for all types of skills or like when weightlifiting just doing negatives? Do you like dialog your number of sets and how many neg. you do at a time?
@1r6feuv2 ай бұрын
@@ursyugighaha4561 I do negatives only for pull ups but I think it can be used for amost every exercise.When I was learning OAP I did around 6 sets for 5 negatives.I had 3 workouts per week.

If you get 60-80% bw pull up one arm pull will can come in 1-2 weeks just technique at that point

hi, i can dumbbell row 47.5 kg per hand, my BW is 58 kg, do you think dumbbell row can transfer the strength to one arm pull up? thanks in advance
@Easifitness9 ай бұрын
@@zhaomanjaya Just focus on mastering pull up you’ll know once you start
@user-ek5ze5dm4j7 ай бұрын
@@zhaomanjayaI hope you can understand what I’m talking about, since I translated this in an interpreter. This is unlikely to help you, because in this exercise, all the load takes the widest muscles, and in the pull-ups on one hand, the load goes not only on the back, but also on the chest (at the starting point), on the bicep and on the widest.
@sssss70265 ай бұрын
@@zhaomanjaya yes and no, a strong back is going to make it easir but even if you row 100kg per hand if you dont train specifically for one arm pull ups its not gonna happen
@ursyugighaha45612 ай бұрын
@@zhaomanjayathat is strong if done correctly. Try it. But I think you need to progress on pull ups and all pulling exercises from above the head.

Don't jerk ur body when going up and go down slowly on ur way down instead of just letting yourself fall down, And don't have your elbows top flare out

@Preben20247 ай бұрын
I dont 100% Agree with him on the band out to the side method. If done right it does has carryover to the real thing. Because band towards the midline if done wrong you are actually pushing the weight upwards with the assist hand arm. Arent in fact putting as much weight onto the working due to the laws of physics. The assist arm hand father away from the body did got carryover for me!. Do to me straightening the elbow arm of the assist hand shifting more weight onto the pulling arm. Making it more stronger

you're trying to replicate exercises with repetition. You're better off squatting (no weights) and pushups, jumping jacks, running than doing this without first conditioning everything.
