I was one click away from buying the Amazon Echo the other day. I have a Sonos system at home already, but didn't realise the existence of the Sonos One. After watching your video I'm definitely buying the Sonos One. Your video was so clear and concise. Also, having owned Sonos products for a number of years, the thing that swung it for me was your opinion on the sound quality. Amazon versus Sonos no comparison. Apparently now all new Sonos Ones have the Alexa app built in. Thanks for your brilliant video.

I have 3 Echo premium 4th gen speakers in a multi room setup, I was thinking of adding a couple of Echo Studio speakers as a stereo pair in my lounge but people say the Sonos sound is better. Do you agree, should I go for a pair of Sonos Ones instead? (its mostly for music rather than home theatre). Will they integrate fully with Alexa so I can run routines and control my smart home through Sonos? Any advice is appreciated.

My sonos one is very old it hasn’t got touch controls but actual buttons and I think I can’t do this alexa thing sadly... can you please help me?

I want to use Bluetooth to control all my other Sonos Play1 speakers. I only having Playbar instead of one of the other sonos soundbars that have compatible alexa Bluetooth capability i.e. turn volume up or down etc

Hey Geeksmart, my wife has an echo dot, and will send me messages through her app from work. I have the Sonos and it's using GA. If I change it to Alexa, would I be able to send messages from my app while she's at home?

If I made the mistake of signing in with the wrong amazon account, how do I start over in the Sonos App. How do I reset Sonos and start over in the app. Simply restating. The Sonos device did not work. The app looks for the original device.

I have just bought one today, I plugged it in and downloaded the Sonos app when I open the Sonos app it doesn't give me the option to set up a new Sonos, just the option to connect to an existing system...Any idea's as to why this is happening.
