I recently bought skechers tracking shoes. Its my 1st ever tracking shoes but they are feeling hard on feet jumping and walking is fine but standing feels hard. I had used skechers shoes in oast but they are sport shoes very very comfortable, so what should i do now should i return those shoes or it's a nature of tracking shoes being little hard

I am using fovera gel insole for playing cricket..it really works..if you are using shoes in range between 1000-1500 then you guys must feel the difference that it's comfortable..and anyone who is using shoes over 2000 then you guys feel slight comfort while using it But trust me it helps❤❤ it absorbs shock well and very relaxing to your feet.. I don't know about fridos gel insole But about fovera gel insole I can guarantee you😊.. because of me. Other players also ordered gel insoles❤

dear gel insoles work , but gel insoles doesn't mean your old running shoes give you performance of new running shoes insoles contribute 20% like micro shock absorption , little bit arch support and rest is depend on the running shoes

bro i have sega shoes and they are extremely good for running on ground but -mujhe road running krni hai toh kya in sole ko use kru yaa nhi.. kya yh kuch shock absorb krte hai ya nhi.....comfort mai kaise hai plz reply fast i have physical test in next week

Bhai I've spinal issues Recently purchased Adidas Runfalcon 3 & Adidas Raygun M shoes, but their insoles quality is not good & they are non removable Please suggest ki agar yeh wala insole apnae shoes mein original insoles ke upar use karne se insole comfort acha milega ya nahi ? I don't want to waste money , agar not useful at all
