Today we do some yummy Mark Making from Chapter 9 of Gel Plate Printing for Mixed Media Art. We use DIY Stencils that are actually common household items along with some DIY stencils we will make using transparency paper and of course store bought stencils to make decorative papers that we then incorporate into our art journal!

I love making my own too! Using prints of photos that are in your phone is a great way to get shapes for your stencils 😊

Wonderful video. Love your ideas, your process and your tips! I bought your latest book and until the video I didn’t realize there were stencils in the back! I haven’t read the whole book so it might be mentioned in one of the chapters. Are you using fluid acrylics in this video? I see in your site link you have both golden and Holbein. Thanks for sharing your creativity!

I've used a glue gun to create stencils, but they are not super sturdy. I'm looking forward to using a burner tip I have for heavier transparencies to create stencils.

I'm sure you know; but for the rest watching The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs is one of the best. But when I first did it I only went 7 days instead of 12 because I got dizzy and light headed. I realized the next time I did it that the reason I was feeling dizzy and ill is because around 7 days is when the toxins and chemicals get stired up and try to leave the body. The trick is to drink more water or the lemonade and use real organic maple syrup everything else has corn syrup in it. My other favorite cleanse is Andreas Moritz - the Amazing Liver Cleanse
