🌞 In today's gelli printing session I am making some Christmas prints with unusual colors. The color schemes are picked from some of the color cards I shared in my last video. I am using those gelli prints for cardmaking, artist trading cards, collages, mini albums or gift tags.

Lynn here. Love your prints and stamps. Love watching you. Was gonna do some prints today with what I have but my tremors in my hands are bad so I will sit and watch you create. I really enjoyed seeing your color combinations. One thing I do differently is I roll off my brayer and stamps on separate papers. Sometimes they make great prints and that way I can use everything.

Gorgeous prints! I bought some of your stamps recently and am so happy with them! However I wonder how you make them hold to the clear block? Do you glue them with repositionable glue ?

I love how your prints always turn out, they are beautiful. If I wait to long to pull my prints, Even just the time it takes you, my paper sticks to my geli plate. I have to pull it right away, can't stamp on them because it "takes too long" before I pull. Am I doing something wrong? Should I be using heavy body paints instead of cheap craft paints maybe?

Hmmm, I am not sure... even if it's pretty dry inside my studio at the moment due to the heating it works. Of course I try to be very quick. Maybe you try using a bit more paint. I don't think you need heavy body paints, but maybe student grade paint from a well known company? There are mediums that increase the drying time of acrylic paints (e.g. Liquitex Retarder). You can mix this into the acrylic paint and it will dry slower.
