On those tower pushers, the key is when the top of the tower falls onto the dome plastic, the bottom of the tower is still on the platform. So you have to keep playing to push the bottom of the tower off of the platform and then you'll get your satisfying fall into the chute.

I was like, how on earth could anyone possibly play this wrong? Oh. Yeah. That's not right. LOL
