I wish Saudi Arabia Successful in vision 2030 . But there are few major points need to be addressed properly . !. Your really need create foreign investment friendly environment . See process of getting trade license , local sponsorship or 51 % local ownership of a company should be eliminated , and other rules and regulations hinders flourishing foreign investment . Big projects , big plans are good but without above essential points local rules on ground , we cant come to saudi . 2. Again , you should welcome more foreign SMS , startup and other business so that saudi citizens should work together with foreigners , that create environment to learn from each other ,excel together , achieve success together . only by the , bright Saudis would not be fully stimulated , potentials would be fully taped , and would never develop characters enable them to work together with foreigners , excel together . 3. If Saudi really committed to achieve such a audacious goal of vision 30 , you should take more audacious actions in terms of political , economical and regulatory reforms. You should pave a high road by cleaning all the hinders for foreigners invest and do business in Saudi, and fully empower , train and encourages Saudi locals , and let both sides fully blend together , so that good , highly profitable , exponential growth characterized business . Without Foreigners are allowed freely do business in Saudi , and the vibrant youth are not empowered , as well as right government regulation are on the ground , nothing could be achieved .
