I went to royal Holloway in 2009, never made it to second year, I was sectioned in a psychiatric hospital after 1st year.

With landlords you need to be persistent and keep calling and emailing our estate agents didn’t do the end of tenancy maintenance jobs and it was a hassle sometimes you have to be blunt with them because if your too nice they won’t do anything honestly student landlords love to scam

should the landlord not have cleared the flat before you moved in?? its disgusting the way landlords leave properties , why do estate agents allow them to rent out properties in such states, I just moved into a flat in east London and the whole flat was covered in black mould
