It's so weird how they gave it specific programming for the eye lights, yet nothing to go with it like sound or something. Very weird

The program it was given was a place holder. The item has sound, it is just not wired to the Sonex.

He kinda looks like a Dr. Seuss version of the character with the way the eyes are designed. But this would actually have a shot at getting released since Gemmy's doing well with the Haunted Mansion license.
