you should do a video where you swap the heads on the life sizes. like where you switch the heads on the santa with the skeleton. and the santa with the bear or the bear with the santa. it would make for an intresting video.

Any clue if these can be lubricated to quiet down the squeaks and groans. Mine is somewhere from 6 to 9 years old and squeaks a bit when it dances, as well as makes some sort of groaning noises. Not sure how or if there are any lubrication points that I can get to. I don't want to destroy it trying to find them as I'd rather have him not move rather than destroy him.
