Been into rocks since I was a kid. Then as an adult found a great hobby in collecting them and working with them to bring out there beauty! Now get to understand them at a molecular level.

It was on Lazer disc...not alot of people knew about the format. It was suppose to be the new vhs tape but never came down in cost probably because no one could afford it, keeping production cost high.

Even this simple synthetic 1980's analog music in this video rocks. Something went wrong with sounds when everything went digital. The natural and depth of analog synhetic sound has been lost. Digital just never cutted it, all it's good for is preserving recorded sound, but sucks at generating realistic sounds that have life in them like an instrument. Those 1980's analog synthetic sound had it. Just rocks.

I meta guy once selling quartz spheres that he shaped and polished by hand, and you could tell from looking at him he got lost inside his work.

An interesting experiment for yourself.. an ordinary clear quartz crystal put in the oven on 400 for 5 hours some or all parts of it will turn yellow. At higher temps it can turn purple something fun you can do in your kitchen.

My Grandfather used to cut gems & compete with his gems. He won an Australian gem competition. I have a smoky topaz that is an Eagle Eye cut. I absolutely love it but cannot get the local jewelry stores to set it for me. 😕

My favorites are the blue ones at this time...Especially the Amazonite, for Big Amazons like me. :) I believe in their healing energies. The other fav is the Lapis Lazuli...very beautiful blue. Aquamarine, turmaline, turquise, chrysocolla...Wonderful. I love their radiance. I haven't got any, but only to see their photos also can help, as I feel. And on the indexphoto this green stone was also amazing. Aventurine, jade, malachit...Green Beauties. I really like the purple amethyst and pink rose quartz too...I watch many Tarot Reading and the Ladies oftenly use them with rock-crystal together...Rose quartz heals the love hurts and the rock-crystal is perfect for almost every problem, a jolly joker mineral. But the blue colour is very calming, relaxing for me...I plan that I buy for myself an amazonite and lapis lazuli mineral bracelets or necklaces. I don't wear any bijous or jewllerys, but these are energizing stuffs and I'm spiritual, esotheric person. Work with minerals, make these jewllerys or healing with flower essencies, herbs are very sympathic professions for me, maybe one day I will work with them, not as amazon, but a witch. A Good Witch. :) crystalhealingforwomen.com/lapis-lazuli-necklace Hmmm...Beautiful! :)

Cherie Cisneros great heads up. Pretty creepy. You should find a copy of THE ENGLISH CABBALA by WILLIAM EISEN. It contains the whole philosophy of the towers, which in the original concept is an internal process by which man becomes G-D.

"It was lying upside down" ? Huh? How does one determine which side is up or down when considering a rock (meteorite)? She doesn't come off as a scientist, just an inexperienced rockhound.
@CherieCisneros5 жыл бұрын
Oh and I myself believe I found a meteorite while I was metal detecting in CA its pretty big if its not one then it is either a secondary machinery slag or a some kind of volcanic rock with a high amount of base metals. It seems to have the right outer skin fora meteorite and dark in color with what looks to me like iron, petite, copper, gold, maybe silver and a rainbow sheen when a piece is knocked off it ....Wich is hard to do on the not rusty side .....maybe high gold content and very heavy ....does this sound like a meteorite if so where the heck would I take it to be verified in southern ca near San Bernardino ? Anyone?

Could be wrong but i think its phosphorus and sulfur that make pink or red hues in gems
@bullymaguire6323 жыл бұрын
Well if it's not because of those elements then you are at least partially right, because they are what determines the colors

The model wearing Marie-Antionette's earrings are not actually wearing them, they are dangling from the model's wig; this looks odd. Lol informative video nonetheless. Lol

Please help. This is driving me crazy. At 9:45 he talks about the gem he dug up at a mine that was 3lbs or over 7,000 carats. I can’t understand what he says that he dug up. What kind of gem or crystal does he say he found. I keep replaying it but I’m just not able to understand what he’s saying. Please go back to 9:45 where he’s telling the story and see if you can understand what he says. Please. And thank you in advance.

Typical. Museums and "Scientists" lock the specimens away where no one will ever see them. It is for this reason I will never support the Smithsonian and others of their ilk. Archaeologists as well. They even admit this in this video. Shame on them. I don't hold a grudge against any private collectors. More power to them.
@goognamgoognw66376 жыл бұрын
a state employee is by essence evil. Works for an entity claiming self-destiny to rule over other individuals and is shielded from competition when making poor decisions.
@chasenh91426 жыл бұрын
and if they catch wind if a privater collector/finder has found a new or special specimen the "scientists and Smithsonian/museums" will do everything in their power to get said specimen...
@corners37556 жыл бұрын
if they hadn't locked some of those specimens up we wouldn't have many to see. As if all private Collectors display their stuff....
