Honestly these are cool and i like the idea, but i feel like some of them are a little underwhelming, but nonetheless they’re pretty cool!

Yea indeed! Underwhelming until we get surprise KABOOOSHED initially underwhelming Immortal Virago in her booster Kingdom when she gets some Faerie Fire gems too! Be fun to try them out! 🙂

@@liamturton3192 The thing with these is, everyone's starting on the same level effectively as they are upgraded by earning Immortal Souls, which no-one has yet 🙂

Oscifer seems amazing anywhere it can be used, clearly the best of them. Lucifiera would be interesting if her lower bound dmg was much higher and magic based too because. Titanius has potential as a Mech with half mana from the class and a decent gem destruction, add enchantress into the mix and it looks like a one shot killer at Aidania. The others are just underwhelming and not special enough for the hype imho.

Yea love the sound of Immortal Ossifer! Immortal Lucifa as you say, could be great if that lower end damage was raised... Be interesting to get our hands on these! Will be fun I think 🙂

Ossifer is the clear standout. Virago in Summer Isle with Faerie Fire gems is my number two. Aquaria or Titanius is third for me - leaning Titanius for the mana gen. And I'm going to be so mad the first time Lucifa and Sagittarian do 3 damage. Should be 30+ at the low end.

Yes Ossifer the best I think, and agree on those potential low hitters! They are an Immortal uber troop at the highest level in the game but could hit you with their mega spell and basically tickle you sometimes, whereas even a Penguin will do 10x more damage 🤣🤣🤣 They should definitely have a higher lowest damage amount!

I wonder if the unlockable immortal weapons work in concert with the immortal troops. That could make the troops a lot better.

I'm actually burnt out playing this. You have to spend so much time grinding on the off chance of getting anything, and they keep adding more stuff we don't need, like these super situational pvp mythics, which I can't help feeling have something to do with Guild Wars, and probably $$; along with yet another resource to level them. It's turning into horrendously complicated mumbo jumbo. I haven't found a mythic since the one before the rubbish bear. I spent so much time opening boxes to no avail when the last mythic was released, I had to do it in 2 shifts to not fall asleep. If they are going to be that stingy, at least let us open all boxes at once until a mythic drops (or doesn't more like - I'm talking about circa 400k glory, plus tons of keys. I know I'm moaning, but this is legit why people give up on the game. People want a reliable return for time/effort invested, not more and more stuff they have to spend time doing to no avail.

I often don't do any more than the standard daily stuff and find that is done pretty quickly! Glory Keys is super low chance of getting a Mythic - by far the lowest of any Chest and can take forever to happen so only do that if you are desperate for the 'monthly Mythic' or something. I stopped doing regular grindy stuff a while ago! Still do it sometimes, but only in a super casual autopilot kind of way when I'm watching TV or something at the same time and barely looking at the game 🙂

@@honestrob not only glory and glory keys. I also use gem and event keys, which were a ton since I was playing for hours daily doing everything and trying to get into top 3 pvp for the extra gold marks for the dragons, but I keep getting the same ones. I was even playing treasure hunt every day trying to get keys. 😂

I left last week...being playing for over three years, top 10 guild...just burned me out. I used to love this game. Devs got greedy and the time sink was becoming like a full time job.

I started playing a bit less than 2 years ago, and since then it just gets more and more like a dystopian job which is 90% extremely boring and getting paid is decided via lottery with very low odds of winning, lmao. If they want to keep adding mind-numbing stuff to do, they really need to change the balance of effort/reward. I'm definitely not invested enough to grind pvp even more just to get some mythics to make pvp easier in like 2 years. 😆

Times the problem for me, every new thing in the game adds ten or fifteen minutes of playtime and its getting a bit much.

Most of these appear average to poor; to give Sagittarian and Lucia's spell a damage range where the lowest is fixed at 3 is a ludicrous decision. Aquaria and Ossifer are the only standout immortals here. They look very useable outside of their home kingdom, whereas I can't see a reason to use the others outside their home when the likes of Tina, Grey King, Takshaka, Queen Bee, and even Tesla exist.

Isn't Southwild usually with purple restrictions? I don't think that immortal troop uses purple, does it? Correct me if I'm wrong. Great video Rob,thank you mate

I read it as 3x 78 damage to 1 enemy. This would make Lucifa a nice sniper

Strange that the first # is a different color in the range, compared to tina who displays the damage range with both numbers in red

@@markdouglasmckay-mu2iy When the number is black it is a fixed amount regardless of a players Magic level. When it is purple it is based on the players Magic score so will go up as the player gets more powerful 🙂

Its a bit weak that the devs couldnt come up with some new art for 'new' troops. Reusing existing artworks makes it look like they gave cheaped out on paying graphic artists

I have no enthusiasm for these new troops. It's odd because I'm into the collecting aspect of the game but this is doing nothing for me. Maybe it's because pvp feels like a job rather than fun.

PVP only a daily job if you want the regular Gold Marks really, otherwise it can be ignored. What you put in, you get out! 🙂

@@honestrob Got to get those gold marks, it's the fastest way to get books of deeds. I prefer to do what I want to do but that won't get me those gold marks.

@@adamcarter6862 Yea I get what you mean - to get those much needed Books of Deeds it feels like you are forced to play a certain mode (PVP). If I could get Gold Marks regularly elsewhere I probably would not do the daily PVP stuff either 😐

When I clicked the troop and showed it's card in full, that was Level 30 stats, and presuming based on my game level too. Hopefully some of these can be tweaked a tad if some end up being wildly better than some others

Yea I thought that too even before they were released! Maybe a new type of troop that couldn't be killed, but had to be frozen, made to run off in Terror, or something else to end the game. The Devs did say something about 'changing the way we play' or something... And well... not really... and not really Immortal either, are they! 😀
