President Museneni has done very well for Uganda more than the previous President of Uganda. He knows the reason of liberation struggle. When he took over in 1986, I was on my way to join the SPLA in Ethiopia .

By now all those plans would be in place because its not such a big project if you really mean what you say. Don't be emotional,see my point clearly. It's not true that Nakasongola Army is doing well it's limping as of now coz Updf pulled out and am a product of Nakasongola Army Secondary School and we have tried our level best to reach at higher levels only to be told that the Updf scrapped off. And we appeal to the President to reinstate the Army schools more so the mother school Nakasongola Army. Representative of Obs and Ogs of Nakasongola Army Secondary School.

We had all the previledges from the Army leader since it's start but things changed around 2008-9 when everything regarding the original aim of its initiation was abandoned hence leaving the combatants children and those fallen combatants suffering with no where to take their children only to compete in the wanainchi Schools

This guy has no idea what conflict resolution and gender studies is all about. By the way, the focus on hard sciences is meant to prevent people from asking the questions that directly affect development viz. governance, wealth distribution, gender parity, etc.
