It's been 5 whole years... time for a new route RESET! Plenty sloppy and lots of time to save. Running with Rianna is slower but safer/more consistent -- Phantom would be a faster option. Special thanks to twitch.tv/knewster for the new tech, including Hollywood skip & Sharkey trip!
This run got super good luck on the Matrix dip and Thon battle. The rest was okay, not too terrible. No goal time yet but expect the time to drop off easily.

RE-ROUTE NOTES
- The escort job to start the run is manipulated. Requires hard reset (or restart from menu if running on flash cart), waiting at least a couple seconds before starting (not precise), and shooting off in the Jump House to cycle the RNG. This manip is not exactly the same on emulator due to timing differences, but you can still get a similarly fast courier job (running w/ Bizhawk v2.3.2).
- Money route is kinda tight since we don't hit datastores in the Matrix anymore, but I tried to incorporate some wiggle room so certain untimely deaths won't necessarily end the run. You also have several chances to pick up spare change from random drops.
- We now use the Sharkey contact to breeze the 4th trip to Salish. This requires you to burn nearly all the cash you get from the Ogami contract, but we can still manage to afford at least 3 patches for the final battle (+1 stolen from Rianna). [Note: for this route, I would keep buying patches until I drop below 813 nuyen, which still allows for a surprise death in Puyallup, I believe.]
- Due to rerouting the final Salish trip, we need to earn 3 extra points of karma before the bar run. You get 1 point from the job to start the run but need to earn 2 more via kills. The kill quota is 33, some of which you can pick up by shooting civilians (but no more than 2 before buying the 3rd and final passport).
