The rest of the women are always complaining, taking extra breaks, meanwhile the men I work with even the lazy ones, do the work a lot faster and a lot better than the women.

Because men don't regularly visit the doctor. It's near mandatory for women but a guy will put it off until something serious happens. An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure. This is why men die earlier on average. It has nothing to do with differences in biological sex.
