Twenty Killer Hurts was the first track I heard by GLG and liked them since. Suspicion is and always will be one of my favorites. Love how thought out and put together the songs are with the right amount of noise and screams. Always was impressed with Lead and Backing Vocals playing off of each other and how Michael and Jay exchange those rolls seamlessly.

This is the song I was trying to remember!! 🎶🎸🎤🙏 Pete Rizzo and James Stevenson rode in the back of the '78 Monte Carlo I used to drive once, back in the early '90s without me realizing James was from another band I listened to, Generation X (unless I've forgotten) and that he'd go on to another favorite, The Alarm. They were very quiet and polite. ❤

So, did LA copy GLJ's style - or did GLJ copy LA? It's like these guys were born in Wales, via LA... circa 1980's. Loved the band since '86 - then backwards - then forwards from there. Album Discover, in high school, changed the way I thought about music. This track remains one of my favorite of theirs. Thanks for posting!

Michael Aston absolutely ruins this video, with his silly, shirtless jumping around.

From this point forward the band was Jay's band...Jay's music, Jay's lyrics. The fact that Michael had to "dub" himself into this video is laughable. Listen to 'Kiss of Life' and 'Heavenly Bodies' LP'S and you'll get the gist of GLJ. Michael has bee irrelevant to GLZ since 1987.
