Hell the music executive Kim Porter was cheating with got beat down by puff and his bodyguards and they told him leave her alone. The way Gene Deal tells what happened, i can literally visualize that night; and I was only 10 years old in 1997. I am thankful for all of the interviews from vlad tv to the dialogue. His story never changes. And this 3 part series is good, but also very chilling… It’s incredible how people let money, drive them to do heinous evil things.

Diddy having Biggie at his Vibe party wasn't about money, it was simply a grandstand before Diddy's planned execution, and B.I.G. was the final act and he didn't even know it. I commend your bravery in sharing your truth Gene. Thank you so much for dispelling all the rumors, and allowing us insight to that night through your words. Brilliant documentary. I felt every word. This should have been on terrestrial tv and shown across the country. When Gene mentioned that Biggie should have been in London he was speaking the truth. How do I know? Because I was the promoter for the event that got cancelled at the very last minute when Biggie didn’t show. I was shocked when I heard the following day that Biggie got murdered. That could never have happened to him under my watch in London. Diddy came out of this looking horrible. RIP Biggie.

Thank you Gene for this Documentary. What makes this a great documentary is that you are just speaking to the camera alone about what really happened and the back story of why it happened. No over production, no music, no same video clips, no same pictures running constantly in the background as a distraction from the content. Just the raw real deal; it has the essence of interviews back in the day when the interviewee had the chance to speak, and not be cut off or prompted by the interviewer. When you have to speak the truth, speak the truth always.

It wasn't a secret, calls were going out from all over way before it happened, as you see even Gene was getting the warnings from someone. I watched a interview way before this one with Gene and the guy gives the full breakdown and questions puffy for having biggie in LA. he also explains how this shooting was to take place at the Mansion party and basically be a massacre but they ended up getting him on the streets this guy doing the interview was in the record business as well im trying to figure out his name and find his interviews to show you all.

After B.I.G was absent from the music scene for so long then came the big spread in the SOURCE Magazine about him and the new Album, "Life After Death" I read the whole thing then went to bed that Saturday night thinking, what if Biggie died tonight? I wouldn't have the money to go to his funeral, that is how much I loved this guy and his music. Well the Sunday I woke up, passed the whole day doing what I usually do on a Sunday, getting my kids clothing and other stuff ready for the next day for them going to school. At 6 PM my youngest daughter was in the living room watching the TV and saw the news that Biggie Smalls was shot and killed in Los Angeles last night, she hollered for me Mommy Mommy Biggie is dead! I bolted out of my room almost broke my neck running down the stairs to watch the report, meanwhile switching from channel to channel to get more information, I cried so hard for a man I have never met, but it was as if I had known him all of my life. Mind you, I never cried for Tupac I was very sad for him, but I cried for Biggie and I believe it's because I had a premonition that he was going to die that Saturday night going into Sunday morning. Even to this day I am scared of what my premonition told me would happen to him. R.I.Paradise Notorious B.I.G, you are gone but will never be forgotten, Thank you Gene Deal for revealing the God's honest truth, I always knew that Puffy killed him! BTW I still have That Source Magazine.
