General Aire P20NVPP 3-Speed Box Fan | Initial Checkout

The initial checkout of a General Aire branded box fan model P20NVPP. What remains of the information tag notes GWS Corporation. I am not familiar with either of those names. This looks like a Kel Aire product to me. This is an earlier plastic blade model, it likely dates back to the 1970s or late '60s.
Unfortunately it is in rather poor condition, but it is still running and can likely be salvaged with enough time and work.

That's a Marco motor in case anyone was wondering. I have the same fan, except it has a brown cabinet. Decent unit.

These were made by Polaris Aire in the 70s. Iv got one branded Hoover in my collection

My grandmom had a kel aire boxfan and it was the three blade reversible one and it had the vornado blade shape style

All blades will need identical dremeling I think to achieve balance, or a weight of course

The blade is definitely far out of balance to begin with, those little chips can't be why it's as bad as it is. Weighting is probably the best option.
