They've been playing basketball for nearly a century at SUNY at Geneseo and the legacy of success continues. In 2013 the Knights advanced to the SUNYAC semifinals and finished with an impressive 17-10 record. The Geneseo basketball tradition includes seven trips to the NCAA tournament. The Blue Knights have captured two SUNYAC playoff titles and three ECAC crowns. Through the years the storied program has produced five All-Americans, five conference MVP's and in 1994 Geneseo's Scott Fitch was named national player of the year.
